Has my order been shipped yet?
Depending on the volume of orders coming in, new orders placed before noon MYT are typically processed within 1 business day of the original purchase date. Orders placed on a new release date may take up to 3 business days to be processed.
If you're order is placed at the end of the day on Friday; chances are it wont ship until the following Monday. Otherwise we're usually good about getting orders out within 1-2 business days.

I have received a faulty item.
MEM WATCHES stands for good quality so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us immediately.
We will try to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

How much will shipping cost me?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, destination and shipping option you choose. You can check your shipping charges by adding items to your shopping cart and proceeding to the check out page. The RUMI rate for shipping is:
Peninsular Malaysia : Shipping cost: RM 10 per item. The next item will cost you additional RM 3
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) : Shipping Cost: Rm 15 per item. The next item will cost you additional RM 3

MEM WATCHES offers a simple and easy return service. Simply post the goods to be returned (in original, unused condition) to

Please include the order number the return relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the appropriate action.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.
